Scoil Dara promotes a community of faith inspired by gospel values. The Community of the school works in a holistic manner to ensure that dependence is gradually replaced by responsibility for self, society and the world. The dignity to each student, staff member and parent is honoured and reflected in school policies and structures.
The motif of our Scoil Dara Crest was launched in 2017 and was the culmination of shared vision and design on behalf of students and staff as well as parent endorsement. Our Student Council worked with the first year students of 2018-19 to identify the values represented in the Crest. The value pillars supporting our community of learning at Scoil Dara were identified as:
Growth, Respect, Wisdom and Community
